We reserve the right to decline any project that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights, contains illegal content, or conflicts with our business policies.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • You represent and warrant that:
  • You own the images submitted to us, or have permission to use and modify them.
  • The content submitted does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • You remain solely responsible for the content you submit.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment may be required before work begins, upon completion, or according to a custom agreement.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are provided to ensure the delivered work matches the original instructions supplied by the customer.

Requests that substantially change the original requirements may be treated as a new order and may incur additional charges.

6. Delivery

Completed files will be delivered electronically through email, cloud storage, client portal, or other agreed delivery methods.

Customers are responsible for reviewing delivered files promptly and reporting any issues within 7 days of delivery.

7. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If we fail to deliver services as agreed, customers may request a refund.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be denied if:

  • Work has been completed according to provided instructions;
  • The customer changes project requirements after work begins;
  • The request involves subjective preferences rather than objective errors.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of the original images they submit.

Upon full payment, customers receive rights to the edited files delivered by Photo Fix Lab LLC.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio only with customer permission.

We treat customer files as confidential.

We will not sell, disclose, or distribute customer images to third parties except when necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or with customer consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Photo Fix Lab LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
