  • Part of the project was completed successfully.
  • Only a portion of the delivered work contains errors.
  • Both parties agree to a partial refund arrangement.

The amount of any partial refund will be determined based on the scope of completed work.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and professionally.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of future services and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
