Photo Fix Lab LLC offers secure and convenient payment options for customers worldwide.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept payments through the following methods:

  • Wise
  • Bank Transfer (for approved clients)
  • Credit Cards and Debit Cards (when available through our payment providers)

Additional payment options may be offered depending on the customer’s location and project requirements.

When Payment Is Required

For most projects, payment is requested after the edited images have been delivered and approved by the customer.

For large projects, bulk orders, or custom projects, Photo Fix Lab LLC may request:

  • Partial advance payment
  • Milestone payments
  • Full payment before delivery

The payment terms will be communicated before work begins.

Currency

Unless otherwise agreed, all prices and invoices are issued in United States Dollars (USD).

Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank fees, or payment provider charges imposed by their financial institution.

Invoices

Invoices are provided upon request and may include:

  • Order details
  • Services provided
  • Quantity of images
  • Total amount due
  • Payment instructions

Late Payments

Payment is expected within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

Photo Fix Lab LLC reserves the right to:

  • Delay delivery of completed work
  • Suspend ongoing projects
  • Refuse future services

until outstanding balances are paid.

Payment Security

We do not store customers’ complete credit card information on our servers.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers that maintain their own privacy and security standards.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any concerns regarding billing or service quality, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of services and submission of supporting documentation to the payment provider.
